It seems like there is an issue with the "Relief Data Entry System" software not allowing the user to add/update purchases on BIR ALPHALIST DATA ENTRY, as it only displays a white screen and becomes unresponsive.
The possible problem in Purchase Data Entry for the notification received "Error loading file - record number 6." and "Out of Range" could be a technical issue with the software.
To access your file on the "Relief Data Entry System" for Windows and resolve the error 5, you may try restarting the program or your computer. If the issue persists, you can seek technical support from the software provider or consult their documentation for troubleshooting steps.
I received an error: "Errorhandler.prg does not exist" on my Relief Data Entry System 2.1. What should I do? I can't back up the system file because it estates that some file s are missing.

In order to fix the missing file issue, I recommend that you download and reinstall the software over your current version. If this doesn't help, try contacting the support team using 981-8888 phone number or [email protected] email address.
You can use Software's Informer application page to download version 2.1 of the product but you'll need a username and password to access the system. If you don't have the required credentials, you might need to contact the developers at the following email address: [email protected].
How to back up a database and open it on another PC?

To back up the data, go to Start > All Programs > Relief Data Entry System and launch Relief Database Backup. The application will start activating restore and backup procedure. You can use the instructions presented on the backup steps to advance further.
The VAT Relief application is already developed to offer you the possibility to use it at its maximum. There is no need to work with another application because it offers all the tools you need to generate, maintain, work, and export the data. To find more information about its way of work and any other technical information, visit the page related to VAT Relief software.
You can change the username and password from the Utilities > Change password menu. I've looked through the manual and it appears that it's the only way to change a password for a username.
You should have a user guide in the installation folder of this application in form of a PDF, CHM or a txt file. This is the best way to check for all the features provided in the Relief Data Entry System.
I installed it on my Mac using Wine VBttler (enables you to install Windows software on Mac) unfortunately I can't view it on Excel after. I want to transfer it to my PC, but I am having problems because I can't find the files. Any experience on using it on Mac?

The files created by the Relief Data Entry System are not directly available since the program is running in a sandbox mode. The developers stated that the only way to access files is through the drive Z inside the application.
Here's the actual FAQ from their official website:
I cannot proceed adding data to the system. This is the error message: "Error loading file - record number 8. FRMSALES < or one of its members>. Loading form or the data environment : Record is out of range.
Method: FORMSET1.TRANSMENU.CMDADD.CLICK Line: 15"
Please help, how to I fix this?
